By accessing or using the Vlvet platform ("Platform"), including our website and mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform. Vlvet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
Vlvet is a two-sided marketplace connecting businesses with content creators and influencers. Businesses create campaigns with milestone-based payments, and creators discover campaigns, submit video content, and earn payouts when their videos reach view milestones.
To use Vlvet, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. Vlvet reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Users register as either a Creator or a Business:
Campaigns use a milestone-based payment structure tied to video view counts (e.g., 10K, 50K, 100K, 250K, 500K, 1M, 2.5M, 5M, 10M views). Businesses set a payout amount for each milestone tier.
When a business publishes a campaign, funds are held in escrow via Stripe Connect. Funds are released to the creator when a milestone is verified by the Platform.
Vlvet charges a 20% platform fee on all business payments. Creators receive 80% of the payout amount for each milestone. For example, if a business sets a $100 payout for a 10K-view milestone, the creator receives $80 and Vlvet retains $20. All fees are transparently displayed to both parties before any transaction.
Creators submit content by providing TikTok video links. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share the video and that it complies with these Terms and applicable laws. Vlvet does not host video content directly; submissions link to third-party platforms.
Creators may optionally opt in to Spark Codes, which allow businesses to boost creator content as paid ads on TikTok. Opting in is entirely voluntary and can be toggled during the submission process. By opting in, you grant the business permission to promote your submitted video through TikTok's advertising platform.
Vlvet integrates with TikTok's APIs to provide core Platform functionality. By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize Vlvet to access your TikTok profile information, video list, and video statistics for the purpose of campaign participation, performance tracking, and payout calculations. If you use the "Post to TikTok" feature, you authorize Vlvet to publish video content to your TikTok account on your behalf.
Your use of TikTok through Vlvet is also subject to TikTok's Terms of Service and TikTok's Community Guidelines. You may disconnect your TikTok account at any time from the Settings page, which will revoke Vlvet's access to your TikTok data.

The Vlvet name, logo, and all related trademarks, designs, and content are the property of Vlvet. Users retain ownership of their submitted content. By using the Platform, you grant Vlvet a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your submissions within the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.
Vlvet may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, any pending escrow funds will be handled in accordance with the applicable campaign terms and Stripe's policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vlvet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform. Vlvet's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vlvet in the twelve months preceding the claim. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
